SQL Data Analyst (Oracle Financials)
The Oracle OFSAA Profitability Management Administrator is part of the support team responsible for the development, and support of allocations utilizing the OFSAA Profitability Module. The role serves as a technical point of contact and a key contributor in the further development and implementation of allocation utilizing the Profitability Management Module. This position will perform analysis, translate business requirements, and work closely with the leads, architects, and managers to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Serve as a developer/administrator providing industry standard design and development principles. Work with other members on the team to cross train on other environment like Oracle EPM suite of tools.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
• Build and deliver IT solutions that demonstrably provide business value by using the right blend of people, process and technology
• Responsible for defining and execution of the onboarding process of team members
• Strive to achieve consistency across assigned delivery teams
• Ensure team members have necessary tools and training to be effective in their feature delivery roles.
• Define, monitor, and enforce coding standards and promote design pattern usage
• Ensure as-built documentation is captured
• Stay current in new technologies and platforms; identifies emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
• Follows Agile Practices to form high performing delivery teams.
• Analyze requirements and design solutions for approved projects and change requests of moderate to high complexity and risk
• Participate in quality assurance and testing to achieve quality goals
• Implement solutions and provide system support
• Follow guidelines and work well within a team environment
• Participate in implementing and supporting various aspects of Oracle security, security controls and role-based access controls
• Preparing the functional design and technical design for custom roles after discussing with functional teams
• Assists with system/data analysis and report solution development based on requirements.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
• 2+ of experience working with SQL and Excel. Any experience with Oracle Financial Application, API, ETL / SSIS, ODI, data marts, etc is desired.
• 2+ years of technical developing enterprise level software
• Familiarity with Accounting, Financial Reporting and General Ledger systems is desired
• Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGC)
• Understanding of data conversion and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, values, principles, framework, and practices
• Proficiency with business system design/ modeling, documentation and analysis techniques, and testing methodologies
• Experience with SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
• 2+ years of experience working with Oracle OFSAA Profitability Management
• 2+years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud security and controls
• Experience working with Oracle EDMCS
• Experience working with Oracle FCCS
• Experience working with Oracle reporting products
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated DevOps experience
• Ability to design and build both on premise and cloud solutions
• Understanding of enterprise design patterns and best practices

Pay Range:
$71,300.00 - $119,100.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
